Who We Are

Our goal is to provide students with a place that feels like home, where they can grow and learn in a secure environment.

We provide a living experience that brings people from different cultures and nationalities living in our cosy apartments. Situated in the heart of the vibrant city of Istanbul, our residence is perfectly positioned around major transport systems that allow easy access to universities in the city.

Our living space provides clean and comfortable living in a safe neighbourhood. Highly equipped with modern comfortable facilities. With a 24 hour security cameras at a convenient location Erasmus houses offers an all inclusive rent rates including utilities.

We strive to ensure our guests have the best experience possible and are always available to help and answer any questions. We are committed to ensuring that each Erasmus-houses experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Living with other Erasmus students in a same building will bring you the opportunity to shorten the adaptation period and will give you the chance of cross-cultural sharing,
friendship while living together, and the most important one exploring the city together safely.

What We Do

Our services are tailored to for Erasmus Students and International Exchange Students.

Erasmus-Houses, provide furnished rooms in a safe shared homes only for Erasmus Students and International Exchange Students who want to live close to the heart of the City Taksim, Nisantası area; close to the historical area (Eminonu) and also close to Istanbul Metro.

LOCATION: Osmanbey / Sisli – (acceptable area by immigration office)

  • 10-15 minutes to Osmanbey Metro station via walking
  • 5 minutes to Taksim via Metro
  • 10-15 minutes to Metrobus stop at Mecidiyekoy via Metro
  • 20-25 minutes to Eminonu via Bus (the bus stop is just in front of the building)

    • SHOPPING AREA: (within walking distance)

  • Supermarkets, grocery stores, patisseries, bakery shops
  • Pharmacies, clinic for first-care open for 24 hrs
  • Restaurants, Taxi stop, Telecommunication shops, banks, fitness center
  • Department stores, home stores, pet shops, Church, Synagogue, and Mosque are located conveniently

    • FLAT INFORMATION:

  • Fully furnished rooms including bed, wardrobe, desk, kitchen tools, fridge, washer
  • Taksim view and garden view balcony surrounded by palm and fruit trees
  • Totally 115 sqm homes, sunny, clean 3 or 4 bedrooms choice
  • 15 sqm single bedroom with balcony – 9 sqm single bedroom without balcony – 30 sqm double

    • ALL SERVICES: ( free of charge)

  • If possible, pick-up service from Taksim shuttle bus area when you reach from airport
  • Location orientation and a ride to the University Campus
  • Availability to call in any emergency to the English speaker landlord
  • The rent amount includes all utility bills, except WIFI unlimited internet and cleaning fee is 200euro (per semester one time)
  • No any commission on rent

    Very nice room, with beautiful view from the window. It has a kitchen so we can cook easily. Nice cleaning service they provide. I enjoyed living here during my study. And also very close to the metro and bus station. There are a lot of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner around it. It is safe to walk at night.

    I've been to this flat for over a month. This really beautiful house is located near the subway station as well as easy access to the bus station. I enjoyed every second of mine and it is equipped and furnished well. The neighborhood and the building both are quiet and peaceful to study. Do not hesitate to book. I was on the 5th floor and it was a duplex flat. my wife and I will never forget it.
